Products, Content and Specifications
All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. This website and Best Designers, Inc. reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing bestdesignersinc.com with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.
Exchange and Refund Policy
All our products have a one-year term warranty. Starting from the Invoice date, the Company reserves the right to decide whether the item applies for a full warranty, reposition or partial replacement.
- Customers have 7 days after merchandise reception to inform of any damage or fabric defect of the products.
- Discoloration, broken items, detached frames, will be considered on use and abuse or mishandling of the item.
WARRANTY COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS:
- WELDER OR BOND: Warranty does not apply to items the Customer welded or bonded to any part of the optical frame and/or sunglasses.
- DAMAGE STATUS: Coverage does not apply to certain items that have been notoriously abused or mishandled and look deformed. Some of the most common reasons include: glasses accidentally deformed after brutal falls, having sat or stood on them.
- CLOSE OUT PRODUCT
TO PROCESS WARRANTY REQUESTS ALL CUSTOMERS MUST:
Notify our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT by the following email firstname.lastname@example.org, or their Sales Representative before sending any product back to our offices.
To process warranty requests all customers, without exceptions, must fill out and send the WARRANTY REQUEST form along with high resolution images clearly showing the damage.
In case of out of stock items; the Company will proceed as it follows:
- Same model in a different color.
- Different model, same Price.
- Different model, higher Price, by paying the amount excess.
All warranty frames will be sent with a temporary invoice until the damage frame is received in our facility, all damage return shipping costs are responsibility of each customer. In some cases, the following exceptions may apply:
Central America, South America and Caribbean (except Puerto Rico): All customers may return all damaged frames to the Sales Representative during his next visit. If the merchandise is not returned at that time, the Customer will be responsible for paying in full the warranty invoice.
Puerto Rico: Customer has up to 10 days, from reception date, to return all damaged merchandise, otherwise the Customer will be responsible for paying in full the invoice.
All Territories: All damaged merchandise must be received by our Customer Service Department before we can issue a CREDIT NOTE for any warranty.
